Dooleys Social Golf Club was formed in 1966 and played its first game at Rouse Hill on the 8th April 1967.

 

The Golf Club is purely social and caters for all categories of players, that is ladies, gentlemen, children and grandchildren.

 

Players over 18 years of age must become Members of Dooleys after three (3) games. Member’s children and grandchildren are eligible to play with the Golf Club. Junior players should be accompanied by an adult player.

 

The Club plays twelve (12) games each year early on a Saturday morning (February to December) at Public Golf Courses. We have a BBQ at each game. The Club also has a Golfing Weekend away in September every year. 

 

Although we are purely a Social Golf Club we run competitions that are open to all players. In order to be eligible to win these Trophies and Perpetual Trophies you must be a consistent attendee at the golf outings.

 

Currently we are catering for approximately 30 Players at each game. However we would like to see the participation at each game increase.

 

The cost at each outing is currently set at $40 for each adult. Considering Green Fees are mostly $35 per game, there is a nominal charge of $5 to cover the BBQ, raffle prizes and golf prizes. Soft drinks can be purchased for a nominal fee and a raffle is run at each outing. 

 

Prizes at each game consist of $170 worth of Vouchers and approximately two dozen Golf Balls.  

 

The Golf Club is a friendly Social Club and we welcome all new players both male and female of any generation.
