Green Fees both days will be $20 per round.

We have made tentative arrangements with the Kandos Golf Club Members to make available their personal golf carts for us to use both days. Cost for Cart $40 Single Player $20 share cart each. Note that the cost of the cart will be incurred if you do not notifyus at least a week before the game. This cost will be deducted from the $100 deposit you have already paid.

Dinner On Saturday Night will be at The Rylstone Club short drive from Kandos, Transport to the club can be organised (if required) as they have a courtesy twelve- seater bus which we can use, or you can make your own transportarrangements to & from the Club.

Golf Dinner for the night will be at your own expense, the meal will be a Bistro type arrangement. We will provide you with a copy of the Bistro Menu at our Auburn Golf Game on 24th August on which you let us know your guests’ choices.

We will then forward these choices to the Club to help make sure that they have sufficient ingredients to full fill your guest’s requirements.

Hopefully by adopting these arrangements will speed up the meal ordering & payment & a more timelier serving of the guest’ meals.

Currently we have forty-one guests booked for the dinner.

We are still planning to have to a sausage sizzle on Sunday after the game & the presentations for the winners of the golfing weekend.

Suggest that you check your accommodation requirements with the Motel or other accommodation providers are in order.

Mr Agnew, I believe you have a slight swing in your flaw.
