Twenty four (24) players have completed the first two rounds for this trophy. It is a Stableford event conducted over three games. The final game will be at Auburn this month. Seven players are within 10 points of one another. WAYNE SELFRIDGE with 90 points is 3 points ahead of MICHAEL ALCHIN. William KAIN is a further stroke behind with another two strokes to TROY NEWALL. There is another point to JOHN SLATER who is three points clear of MANNY CASTILLO and MARGARET KAIN.

TREASURER’S TROPHY
The results were :
1. ROBERT RYAN (17) Vs 9. IAN BARBER (40). IAN won by forfeit as ROBERT did not attend.
22. DENIS COLLINS (17) Vs 30. MICHAEL LENART (22). This was the only match played and what a match it was. Unfortunately, they marked the card as per the stroke index as opposed to the Match Play index recorded on the back of the card.
On the outward nine MICHAEL won the third hole and DENIS won the fourth. The remaining seven holes were halved. So, after nine holes the match was all square.
On the run home 10, 12 and 16 were all squared. MICHAEL won holes 11, 13 and 15 whereas DENIS won holes 14, 17 and 18. So, after eighteen holes the match was still all square. So, off to replay the 18th hole. MICHAEL won the replay and the MATCH at the 19th.
