Meeting declared open at 8.10pm by President Steve Woods, welcoming all present.

19 members in attendance. Apologies: 6 received.

Minutes were circulated, read and accepted. Moved by Peter Kennedy and seconded by Bernie Freeburn. All in favour. Terry Kenny wished to advise re Treasurer's Report. He felt that Golf Fees may have to be raised - wishing discussion be included in General Business.

Steve requested if Bill Belkovskis was prepared to hold the position of our Club Patron. Bill replied, "Yes - he would be happy to again be our Patron 2018; and was willing to conduct Elections for Committee 2018".

Steve advised the Meeting that he would be standing down from the Presidency.

Bill declared all Committee positions vacant.

Bill Belkovskis vacated the Chair and expressed his thanks to again hold the position of Patron and wished our group "a good year".

Bernie accepted his position of President exclaiming his first duty was to thank Steve Woods for the manner in which he conducted himself as our President. His personel interest was valued and appreciated.

Bernie commented how happy he felt for his nomination; which he accpeted with much pleasure. He then officially opened the Meeting.

GENERAL BUSINESS:

1) FEES

Cost to Play. Terry advised he would prefer not to raise; however there was no choice. 

2) CLEAN-UP

Day for the BBQ and equipment in the trailer. After discussion - it would be handled at the Sefton game.

3) Being no further business, Bernie declared the AGM closed at 8.45pm. An invitation was extended to all present to enjoy a nightcap downstairs.
